1. Who is responsible for information?
The operating legal entity, registered office, contact email and responsible privacy contact must be confirmed and inserted before launch. Do not collect personal data until these are accurate.
2. Information we may collect
For future expressions of interest we expect to request contact details, approximate area, adult eligibility and programme interests. We do not intend to collect CNIC, medical records, detailed safety disclosures or payment information during basic membership-interest registration.
3. How it may be used
Potential purposes include responding to applications, contacting applicants about their requested involvement, managing relationships, safeguarding the site and recording consent. Optional marketing must be separately agreed.
4. Storage and recipients
The production database provider, data-hosting region, authorised personnel, transfers, retention period and processors will be disclosed after the backend and organisation details are confirmed.
5. Your choices
We aim to offer processes for corrections, withdrawal of optional communications and applicable access or deletion requests. Specific rights depend on applicable law and will be explained in the final notice.
6. Cookies and analytics
The current static package does not include analytics trackers or advertising pixels. If these are added, the cookie disclosures and consent choices must be updated as required.
